1722 Error When Install RsLogix 5000 Emulator V16 in Win XP SP2

I will presume by your approximate use of English that you're trying to install RSLogix 5000 Emulate Version 15 on a non-US version of Windows XP SP2. I have heard of a bug in the MSI Installer shipped with v16 that prevents such an installation from working. Your only option until that's fixed is to install the software on a PC with the US version of Windows XP SP2.
