Are you replacing old CPU with new one? Can you provide part numbers of old and new CPU and maybe post your program? Some code may need manual conversion (there are manuals on migration...).

The conversion tool software as well as the manual for it can be downloaded free from there. Ther are also many manuals written and available there on how to convert hardware, software, wiring, programming, etc.
