CX progremmer tutorial

My friend let me use his CX progremmer software, as I'm intended to develope myself in PLC, but since he is bussy with his work and he is not having any tutorial to teach me.. he is helpless. If any one having proper tutorial to develope programmes in CX progremmer v5.0, step by step pls guide me
