If I remember right there was a limit of 500. But it's been a long time since I've programmed one.

Thanks, Would that be a software issue? It seems there is plenty of memory capacity available. Does the PLC WorkShop for Modicon - 32 Bit have this limitation? (If you are familiar with it.) Appreciate the reply! FredD

There should be plenty of memory, it's just you need to add segments. In some cases you are required to have multiple segments. For example, if the CRP remote I/O head is used, the number of segments must be equal to or larger than the number of remote racks. I don't recall if PLC Workshop from Fast-Soft has this limitation or not. Perhaps Jim from Fast-Soft can shed some more light, I've seen him post here many times.
