Xycom quickpanel model GP270-SC21-24VP

Does any body know where to get information on software for this product? The xycom website is not very helpfull and their tech support line is very busy.....no one has gotten back to me. I have the app (e-mailed to me) but dont know which software I need to open it. The app has the extension .prw The guy who e-mailed the app does not know. Thanks for any help
