Posted 20 Dec 2006 Is it possible to convert a cx programmer to a syswin file. I know you can convert a syswin to a cx, but need to email a file to a technician in a plant in Honduraus, and they only have syswin. thanks
Posted 20 Dec 2006 (edited) ... I don't believe this is possible. You could download your cx-p code into a cpu, and then upload it with syswin (if you have a cpu about - perhaps someone here could do it for you if no cpu handy) Nibroc Edited 20 Dec 2006 by Nibroc
Posted 20 Dec 2006 Nibroc is correct on this. I do not know of a way to convert to Syswin other then his suggestion. What cpu are you working with? I do have both Syswin and CX-P. Let us know.
Posted 20 Dec 2006 Thanks for replys It is a cpm1a plc Was able to locate one in our parts room and download the program into it and then use syswin to upload the program. Thought maybe there was a way to convert from cx to syswin that I was just not aware of.
