Yokogawa Fast Tools SCADA Modicon 140CPU53414A data communication problem Modbus TCP

Dear Fellow Forumers, I am having a common problem with sending/writing data to all Modicon 140CPU53414A PLCs from our Yokogawa Fast Tools SCADA. For Example, when I write a Value(at first, value was "FALSE) "TRUE" to a modbus register, after few seconds it went back to "FALSE" and after a few seconds again, went back to "TRUE"(at this time, this "TRUE" value sent to PLC) We are using here also Ethernet Module 140NOE77101 which we used also to all PLC with Modicon 140CPU67160 but no issues like this occured. Is there any adjustments that should be made for the PLC? in Yokogawa Fast Tools SCADA, We tried to increase the value for SIGNAL_GAP(a file is attached for description) from 20 to 200(nearly maximum which is 240bytes) and writing/sending data is now ok but not all the time, so sometimes it is still having issues like that. hi guys i have a question and I hope that you help me what is a Vnet/IP in yokogawa equipment ? what is a different between Vnet with Vnet/IP ? reagards

Hi all, I'm fairly new here, as I've not had a lot to do with PLCs. However, I have several decades experience with Yokogawa Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including uXL and Centum XL, CS, CS3000 and VP. So, should anyone be looking at replacing an aging Yokogawa DCS and need assistance decoding/reverse engineering the system configuration, please send me a PM and we can discuss. Ian
