Hello! I am using PLC TM221CE16R and SoMachine Basic v1.6. My PLC has firmware 1.6.0.1. I use analog expansion bus, input module TM3AI8. Everything was working fine for 2 hours until suddenly I got next message in SoMachine Basic: I/O expansion configured but is absent or inoperative. I/O expansion bus is not started. Since then ERR LED is always blinking. I already tried deleting program, updating firmware, removing expansion module in configuration page, removing/adding physical module, selected module as Optional, removing battery - nothing helped. If I try removing application, ERR LED is still blinking. Seems like I can't delete previous program, something like config file is burned into PLC.  On the other hand: if I write some simple program, PLC works fine. It turns on/off relays correctly. Just expansion bus is not working. It is not working even if it's not configured or attached physically to PLC.Can anybody please help me? It is really frustrating.

i am trying to connect a gf+ flow sensor  through the signet 8550 meter loop for 4-20mA - i am unable to get  a reading from the sensor as i am connecting to tm3Ai8 input analog module.   please let me know how i can do this need for and urgency at a site.

I have to get TM221M32TK - SL1 (Serial 1) to connect to their SCADA and SL2 - To HMI GTO 6310    i want to know how i can configure this? please direct me to the right way.    Thank You

hey, I'm making a program to controlle mutliple machines. But the problem is that i'm working on 2 plcs to controll it all, but there are some %MW that i need in both PLCs. Is there a way to connect the PLCs so they share these %MWs to both PLCs know what value is in it?

ok i have a rotary encoder to a HSC on my tm221, im converting that to ascii and outputting the value to a lascar HMI over rs232. example of value sent: 1234     value received: 2143 there don't seem to be any options to set the LSB or MSB , any ideas?? Dan
