Rodrigo Balsalobre posted a topic in SiemensHello! I have a humidity sensor 0-10v and his measurepoints is for 10 to 90 humidity %. Using the Analog Amplifier, I set his measure range but theres a problem... he's only givin me integers numbers, and I need the decimal one's to. On the Analog Amplifier, with that range the program says that the gain on the measure is 0.08 for each number on the analog input, theres a way to see that decimal places? I tried increasing the measure range to 100-900 and set the decimal case to 1 but the gain turns to 0.8, with that I just can take jump number like 10.8->11.6->12.4. How can i do this on the way that I need? It's an LOGO 8! After setting measurement range from 100 to 900:
grubb posted a topic in Allen Bradley / Rockwell AutomationHello - Not sure if this is the right place, I apologize if not. Just let me know if I need to move it and can delete and do so. But I am currently working on a project where I am collecting seeds (flower seeds, etc.) and when a certain weight limit is met I'll be turning off a vibratory bowl and opening a chute, etc. Looking for some ideas on the scale and how to do that process in particular. The smallest collection weight will be around 100mg, largest around 8g. Mainly looking for ideas on the scale. Thanks for any help/tips, much appreciate.

And i want to ask about, how to compare value from weighing scale ? example : from the picture you can see value of weighing scale is " ST,+00160.66 g", and i want to compare it with 180 or 150 to give output on to lamp. load cell SP4M-7Kg
marckTony posted a topic in Allen Bradley / Rockwell AutomationHello guys, I have a system of 3 load cells (SP4M-7Kg) attached to a Micrologix 1500 analog inputs. in the same PLC i have 3 coils for a vibrator, each vibrator is working with signal generators. and the load cells with an external 24vdc Power Supply. i see my load cells readings fluctuating too much even with the vibrator not working. if it is set lets say 70 Grams it is jumping from 68.4 to 74.8 going up an down never never stabilizes in one number, so i suspect am getting noise somewhere put a 100uF capacitor PLC inputs for the load cells but weight just increases more and more. How can realize where is the noise comming? what can i use as a filter? how can i improve this system? should i changed it to digital? any help welcome! thanks. questions?
Invert scale 0-990 --> 990-0

So i need a function which shows me 0, when the D100 is 990, and shows me 0 when the D100=990. And of course for the between values also. Calculating continiusly. Help is much appreciated :)

You see I have a small problem, scale the signal of the plc manually using equation of the line and other steps, so I did a PLC Delta, but I've spent time in a PLC FATEK and apparently see it is more advanced and there is another way to do it using its simulator "WinProladder" to achieve it. So the question is: Can you help on how to scale using functions WinProladder for FBs-24MC plc Fatek? regards
