  1. hello Every one,    I am using a CP1-L PLC and want to communicate to domino ax350i printer over TCP/IP socket programming. For socket programming, I used Omron Function Block CPU012_SendCommand.  I defined network ID and node address. However, I am getting 0502 error which means routing table is not set yes. So, how can I set routing table for both devices?. my PLC on 192.168.250.1 and Printer is on 192.168.250.123 node 7000.    Can any one suggest me best way to do.  Thank you   attached file is for what I did in setting and program for the communication.
  2. CX Designer using tables - Help

Hi all, I have been getting to grips with the different graphic displays in CX One Designer but I am having trouble trying to produce a table which shows column one as a label and column 2 as data value that I am polling from a Modbus slave. From what I have read/tried the data block table seems to require a csv as the data source and I cant seem to achieve what I want with the standard table. If anyone can advise how I might be able to achieve this I would be extremely grateful. Below is the sort of thing I'm hoping to achieve but in a table format:   Bearing 1 Temperature 80°C Bearing 1 Vibration 0.2 mm/s²         Bearing 2 Temperature 82°C Bearing 2 Vibration 0.2 mm/s²
  3. Good day, I´m helping with small project and currently i am stuck because of this problem. And I hope you can help me out. I´m using PowerFlex 525 connected with AB CompactLogix 1769-33ER PLC via EtherNet/IP. Connection is working, I can read and write values from/to 525. To configure both devices i´m using RSLogix 5000. 1) First problem occurs after I loaded configuration to 525 and it´s, that 525 keeps overwriting values of Accel and Decel Time 1. It happens when i directly change parameters in Module Properties (online) or after I upload configuration to device. It happens even if i set parameters directly to 525 with its HMI panel. - I kinda get around this problem when i use Accel/Decel Time 2 for Step logic, but if i send direct reference value motor still jump to it and that is not good, especially when changing direction of rotation. 2) Second problem is that I cant get Speed Sources and Start References right. Usually Is working only option 1 and others are not, or they are doing something else that they should. For better imagination this is what i want to do: I have 3-state switch (left = 1 ON(DigIn TrmBlk 02), 2 OFF; center = 1 OFF, 2 OFF; right = 1 OFF, 2 ON(DigIn TrmBlk 03)), In center position I want to control 525 with EtherNet (already working when: Start 1 AND Speed 1 = EtherNet/IP). In left position I want to control motor directly with Drive Pot and In left position a want to start Step Logic (which i have already set) - Funny thing, If I set Start 1 = Ethernet, Speed 1 = Step, Start 2,3 = DigIn, Speed 2,3 = Drive Pot then in all three position motor goes in Step logic.. Or when i get left and right position working then Ethernet is blocked.. and this kind of things.. I Attach print-screen of my current settings, if you need something more just, tell me. Thank you for your time, and I hope someone will be able to help me.
  4. I have had a GE 90-30 CPU331 in my house for 17 years with no trouble at all. I have a problem that I have never seen before. I was editing the program using LM90. I don't know what I could have done in the program to disable an output. Just 1. All the rest of the points in that group on that card still work. I swapped cards with no difference. All of the elements of the rung are true (highlighted). The output is not on or highlighted. The nickname over the output has ONE letter highlighted. The bit in the reference is "0" and is highlighted or "grayed out" (the cursor is not on it). I searched for coil conflicts. I am using this output contact lots of places but only one output. The logic is working correctly when I use another output or %M. This is an isolated output which needs to be in this group (moving it would be awkward). What does a "grayed out" reference bit mean?
