  1. GOT2000_Comset & GOT2000_Slave

GOT2000_NG_1000.lib NOT FOUND HOW TO SOLVE THIS ? PLEASE HELP.
  2.   Hello, I downloaded the program from the M251 PLC program, using the SoMachine4.3 environment. However, the downloaded program does not compile because the library is missing. The library is from a different manufacturer. Is it possible to find this library on the M251 PLC device? is there any way?
  3. Hi, I have a problem with Omron PLC and Beckhoff IO. The IO just disconnects in a few minutes and comes back! I received different errors: Link off error, Illegal slave disconnection, process data reception timeout. When I also check "Display Diagnosis/Statistics information" I see errors on all ports A and B of all nodes.  I have called and talked to both Beckhoff and Omron.  I have two NX1 and one NJ101 to test. And I have three EP2318-0001. I have the same problem with all the PLCs and EP boxes. It does not matter if I have one, two, or three nodes. I have tried different revisions of the EP2xxx from the XML file, different settings for the slave, different task periods, and the error still is persisting.
  4. I'm working with Process Library 4.10 FTV ME This particular instance (of the same issue) I'm working with the E1_PlusE (ethernet/IP side module for the E1-Plus OLs) I created the HMI and everything loads and function (limited accessibility). The logged in user is in the HMI_Engineering group.  But it treats it as a operator, user can do nothing except view and reset alarms. The AOI reads the E1_Plus fine. However, there are several functions on the faceplate that are greyed out because of security. I dug down into the Global objects and the faceplates and see it is asking for the Cfg_Area and other sorts of "Cfg_" information that pertains to the Faceplate labels and security.  And the faceplate title is also blank. These parameters are listed in the AOI itself, but for reason they are NOT showing up in the UDT (which is the data type for the E1_PlusE:I, which the AOI uses in the ladder logic) All the faceplates have the same issue. Any ideas why ALL the AOIs are acting the same way?

  7. Good morning.  My name is Mariusz Suder. I'd like to present the new process simulator PSPLC. PSPLC this universal process simulator can be used for building various technological models. PSPLC - is designed to work with PLCSIM v 5.x the part of Step7 and TIA Portal the Siemens™ PLC programming environment. There are plenty of typical devices and parts of industrial installations to choose which can be easily put or laid on the screen by simply selecting or dragging them. (...) PSPLC is the reliable process simulator. Useful for testing the PLC programs while they are executed or for learning programming the PLC controllers. Due to the intuitive user interface building models is quick and setting the devices easy. Colourful graphics, animations and high quality simultaneous sound. Language versions: English, Polski, Deutsch, Русский. Two units systems to choose: Metric and British Imperial. OS: Win XP, WIN 7 For further information please visit my internet site: http://www.sudermariusz.com.pl/psplc_the_plc_process_simulator.html http://www.sudermariusz.com.pl/plc_programming_examples.html Download PSPLC   PSPLC can also be downloaded from: mrplc/download/siemens/demo

  10. Particulate Measurement In CX Programmer?

I am currently in the process of an efficiency project for a company looking to measure at what point their process starts to create particulate (in this case, smoke) so we can accurately defer the smoke into a combustion chamber to be burnt off. My question is, is it possible to use the Dywer SERIES PMT2 Particulate Transmitter for our measurements using a CJ2M-CPU33 Omron Controller and CX Programmer. http://www.dwyer-inst.com/PDF_files/PDS/DS_PMT2Rev.1.pdf If we can use this, I am wondering which cards I would have to get for communication to this transmitter? CUrrently I have analog in and out, (DA041 and AD081-V1), and digital in and out, (ID211 and OC201). Any information on getting this sensor set up is appreciated. I am not familiar with this type of process control. *****FYI If this is not the correct topic to post this, please move it to the correct one.*****
  11. Hello everybody, As many of you can see, I took a course onto development the user libraries, that able to simplify extremely a PLC programming process, to help programmers to increase a productivity of their labor, to reduce a program code and quantity of used system variables, to improve readability of programs. A part of libraries has been already developed and looks fine. Also I full with new ideas, plans and could design new and new that then to share these libraries with other programmers. The work is bringing me a pleasure, however, at current situation I can not allow for me to share the libraries for free. I can explain why. First of all, it takes my time, which is money, and I should feed my family, also the work eats a health, which is not infinitive. The second, those who can get it for free, will not appreciate the labor and will distribute it to the left and to the right. The third, ME has not an interest to my offer, to the products and doesn't want to help to make it available for all. What I'd like to propose to you: If you have an interest, I can offer to open a subscription to the ready and new libraries, which will be developed further. What I can promise and guarantee: I will collect wishes and requirements of subscribers and all can vote, what should be realized at first. The subscribers will can get a release with up to four small libraries or one big (for example, such like Modbus Master/Slave library) every month, that will fit to the requirements and the collective choice. What's a payment for the subscription? I suppose a fee in 100 USD per annum will not be predatory for a subscriber's pocket. The fee will cover costs in case, if the number of subscribers will exceed 70 people. Thanks to all for the attention and I'd like to offer to discuss the proposal in this topic.
  12. ON/OFF Timer for Mitsubishi FX

FB_TIMER_ON_OFF The FB is a part of RTC library and implements a timer, based on RTC, for ON and OFF a control bit, e.g. to turn ON/OFF a load in the time interval, and can be easily added into your program in desired quantity. The FB is supplied with E (Enable) input, EO (Output to Control Bit), and can operate in one of two modes: HMS = Hours + Minutes + Seconds (daily timer) MDH = Month + Date + Hours (yearly timer) Each setpoint of ON and OFF time settings should be represented as Array of INT [0...2] type and contain a time data according to the chosen mode. Thus, for example: - in HMS mode: a control bit can be turned on at 02:03:14 am and then turned off at 06:04:17 pm, or turned on at 05:12:27 pm and turned off at 07:06:22 am; - in MDH mode: a control bit can be turned on 3th February at 02:00 pm and then turned off 4th June at 05:00 pm, or turned on 12th November at 03:00 pm and turned off 6th March at 10:00 pm. If the values of both time settings are the same, the FB output will not be activated. Supporting PLC CPUs: All FX Program memory: - 34 steps per each FB instance - 4 steps for entire project (reading from RTC) System variables: M - 3 bits (for entire project) The library is compatible with GX IEC Developer and GX Works2 software . https://plus.google.com/105445006108716761629/posts/Z4v4F11s4Bz
