  1. Hello. I am working on a pilot project building an automated RV park. Our goal is to have people sign in online, or in person at a kiosk. Make their reservation, payment, and get their confirmation e-mail. In that e-mail, will be a QR, or Bar Code, that when scanned at the gate opens the gate, and starts a light that flashes at the site they rented. Power will then be turned on at that site, and a timer in the process will begin, based off their rental time. Once their time has expired, the power at the site will be turned off, controlled by a PLC, and relays.  So I am looking for help in all directions. I have some leads on some plug-ins for Wordpress that offer reservations, and other plug-ins that do Bar code production. As far as the web part I have that covered. We can generate a custom barcode, or QR code based on individual rentals and those can be sent to customers. So what I need is someone to help point me in the right direction of equipment that can speak between the online Barcode process and the PLC to allow a process to begin when scanned. Based off their rental parameters their power is turned on or off. Perhaps a SQL query in some form? I haven't used it, but am aware of its capabilities, and this does seem like an application where it would be used. Is there anything that you have used that are tried and true? I know it's a strange request, just hoping someone bites. Thanks in advance for any ideas, I look forward to solving this puzzle, one piece at a time.
  2. hi, We want to integrate Allen Bradley L16-ER with Zebra Printer GT800 and Zebra Scanner Li4278 with RS232 extension Card. We have hardware : 1.ABPLC L16-ER 2.1734-232ASC 3.Zebra Printer GT800 4.Zebra Scanner Li4278 5.Communication Cables  We are not able to receive and transmit data from and to Printer and Scanner
  3. Hi, I am looking for the smart PLC hardware which can easily communicate with the Internet through WIFI connection and has the capability to create the UART connection with 900hp-S3-Wireless Modem which receives the values from Battery Powered Wireless Sensors Network and integrate the values with cloud services
  4. TIA Portal v13 - GOT1000

Hello! Is there a driver GOT1000 for tia portal v13. I would like to do scada for GOT1000 GT14 using the Tia Portal v13. There is a possibility at all?
  5. Hello everybody, I'm new to Beckhoff and I couldn't find the solution yet, I hope someone can enlight me. I need to integrate two distinct and already functional systems: one is working with a Raspberry connected to other devices; the other one is a Bechoff unit getting sensors data. Now I need to get these data captured by the Beckhoff and send them to the Raspberry. Does someone know if I can access these sensors data in a Beckhoffs unit (it's a CX9020, but we can use a EK1100 as well...) by the Raspberry without using any other intermediate device (just the board and the unit)? Thank you!
  6. PAROCK1 for HMI/SCADA View File Now a software solution is available for your Modbus (MB) needs in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Control Logix or Compact Logix (Clgx) family processors, instead of a traditional 3rd party hardware like Prosoft MVI-56, Molex SST-SR4-CLX-RLL etc.  It is an Add-on instruction (AOI) for PLC/PAC firmware v16 or later, (other solutions are available for pre v16 systems).  For hardware interface, use PLC’s channel 0 (serial) or TCP/IP Interface module(s) to have as many MB TCP/IP devices or serial devices.  (Some limits apply based on system configurations, Comm. settings depending on HW used.) Connect any MB Client/Master or Server/Slave device(s) to your CLgx PLC, including flow computers, analyzers, VFDs, Power Monitors, Level gauges, Smart I/O, etc.  All the MB public/native function codes are supported.  32-Bit integers/floats as single entity are supported with byte and word level swapping. A separate utility automates the data mapping to your PLC logic.  Features -Serial Master (BASIC required Option); TCP; Slave; Redundancy; More than 5000 accumulative registers; MB CFC (Custom/Private Function Code) Support; Data mapping too – Between PAROCK1 & your PLC logic; Packaged with Rockwell; TCP/IP Interface Module; Volume Discounts; Annual Support Requirements -Rockwell/AB-CLgx processor with v16 or later.  Contact PCI for earlier versions. -If using CPU’s Chan0, you cannot use Chan0 for any other user mode activity. You can use it for non-user mode activities -TCP/IP Interface Modules from Rockwell/AB supported, are: -1756-EN2xx ControlLogix® Ethernet/IP communication modules, firmware revision 5.007 or later -1756-EWEB ControlLogix Ethernet/IP web server module, firmware revision 4.006 or later -1768-EWEB CompactLogix Ethernet/IP web server module, firmware revision 1.002 or later -1769-L30ER, 1769-L30ERM, 1769-L30ER-NSE, 1769-L33ER, 1769-L33ERM, and 1769-L36ERM CompactLogix controllers, firmware revision 20.011 or later -1769-L24ER-QB1B, 1769-L24ER-QBFC1B, 1769-L27ERM-QBFC1B CompactLogix controllers, firmware revision 20.011 or later -1769-L16ER, 1769-L18ER, 1769-L18ERM CompactLogix controllers, firmware revision 20.011 or later Other Related Services/Items -Custom PLC Add-on instructions building -PLC upgrades, troubleshooting, applications -PC Windows, iOS5, Linux, Mobile devices Comm. Drivers -Custom development, Technology Transfer Services  -Other Non-AB communication drivers for serial or TCP  -Full control system integration, training, architecture design This driver can be conviniently used with Visual Studio in development of complete large scale complex HMI/SCADA Systems. It can be used to perform advanced reporting MES, analytics, IoT, Big data type apps. 7. PLC Integration by SCADA

Hello Experts, Good day to you all. I just can’t figure how I will integrate five S7-300 PLC. CPU 315-2dp. (1.Blow moulding-> 2. filler-> 3. labeller-> 4. packer-> 5. Palletizer) I just want to get the speed of its machine, the output rate and the alarm, this is purely monitoring, archiving, no need to control anything here. I planning about SCADA system. I’m thinking if I could do the same way in my previous project, which I’ve done in profibus master/slave for two s7-300. But this time the five PLC’s already set the profibus as master to the danfoss drive, sew drives, ET200s and many more profibus slave. I plan to buy 1 PLC as master and I will set all as slave, but how since all the five existing PLC, its profibus already configured as master. Thank you very much. All your inputs is really appreciated.
