Hi We're having issues with an FX1N-1DA-BD Analog output module. We're using an metallic contamination sensor MCS 1000 to detect particles. This sends pulses for particles detected in a 30 second time window to a Mitsibushi PLC FX1S-10MR-ES/UL which in turn gets converted from a digital value 0-2000 pulses -> analog value 4-20mA and sends the data to our DCS. The range is adjusted so that 4mA represents 0 particles, and 20mA should represent 2000 particles. The problem is that the analog output module never sends an current over 6.42mA. It starts with 4.0mA then maxes out at 6.42mA long before the max range of 2000. We can't find a problem in the program and have also tried the example programs in the manual, but still only get a current of 6.42mA We have also tried 3 different FX1N-1-DA-BD and still get the same results. Manual FX1N-1DA-BD Hoping that someone here might have some experience with these modules Thanks!

Hello and good day I have a Mitsubishi fx1n-14mr PLC controlling a band saw. The PLC is connected via a DB925 - MD8M cable to a Beijer/mitsubitshi E100 HMI for communications and as a power supply via RS-422. When powered on the display on the E100 panel fluctuating, i.e. the screen turns on and off repeatedly. If the main switch is then switched off, then on again the screens seems to stay on and the machine operates normally. The PLC has a built in AC/DC power supply and I suspect that is may be the problem. Is is possible to switch out the AC/DC module? To make sure that the E100 panel is not the problem I want to connect a 5V external supply to the port located on the back. Is it safe to have the RS-422 and the 5V external supply connected simultaneously?

hi all, i am tring to program my fx1n on to a bag machine where there is a sensor which checks if the bag length is correct by stopping at the appropriate print also we have given a +5 or -5 to check if the print has moved and if moved to cut the bag from where the signal comes. when the colour sensor is off the plc moves the servo motor the the measure we have given and cuts no problem there but as soon as i give it to check the signal from the colour sensor the plc shows different length when i monitor and also it moves past the print and only stops. it seems its not stopping at the interuption. the colour eye is working we checked. if someone can help it would be greatly appreciated. if you can give a small ladder program which works would be even better :)

Hi I'm trying to figure out how to use the OP320-A to control the relays on the FX1N-20MR. I have mastered the OP edit tool, but I havn't learnt how to use GX Developer. The FX3U and op320 by 485 setting youtube is a good start. Does anyone have a GX Developer project file available. Is there an OP320 and FX1N or similar that comes together, pre-programmed, ready to use. I know how to write C++ programs to send RS485 commands, but this GX developer looks complicated. many thanks Tim

Hi guys, I've encountered a weird problem backing up my old FX1N-24MR-ES/UL PLCs. Hope I can get some helps here. I'm grateful for all the help. I got some old FX1N-24MR-ES/UL PLCs working on machines, and most of them are working 24/7 for more than 8 years now. There's a computer in machines communicating with PLC via SC-09 harness( RS232 - RS422 ). Since Mitsubishi isn't selling and manufacturing FX1N-24MR-ES/UL anymore, I tried to find some compatible alternatives. I bought a Shihlin Electric AX1N-24MR-ES(It got licensed from Mitsubishi to approve it's 100% compatible with FX1N-24MR-ES/UL) and a copied FX1N-24MR-ES/UL from China. I downloaded and verified programs/parameters into both PLCs via GX Works2(both PLCs shown as Mitsubishi FX1N-24MR in GX Works2), but they both work about 5~10% differently from the original ones on the machines. But it seems the both new PLCs are working identically. I've tried download the original program/parameters to a old original FX1N-24MR-ES/UL and it works well, so it seems the program/parameters I read out is correct. I've also checked the both VRs(D8030, D8031) aren't used in the program. May you please let me know what else I can do or test to make the new PLCs I working 100% identically as the old ones? I'm grateful for all your kindly help guys. Thank you and have a nice day

Hello all! I have a FX1N-60MR. I need to display the contents of their data registers to the SCADA system. If you look at the product catalog, there are a few solutions either install into the slot of the additional equipment interface adapter FX1N-CNV-BD connect the communications adapter FX2NC-ENET-ADP, but this raises the question - what Protocol is used?, either install in the slot of the additional equipment interface adapter FX1N-CNV-BD connect the communication module FX2NC-485ADP, but this raises the same question - what Protocol is used? Whether it is necessary in both cases to modify the program code in the PLC, do I need to configure extra modules? What typical solution to this problem?

I found a blog like this, but have not experienced it yet and it's not entirely clear what it should give out at the output? How does he work? I write through values into variables. Then I just write down the dechki and then I'll change these doshki from poneli. And that's why it's not clear at the exit !? What will be on the way out? I thought that there would be a flag that would start heating up. Previously, I used the developer, but then I began to migrate to Works2 and now I'm stuck with PID. I downloaded a couple of libraries for PID for Works2 but there is something that a lot of everything I do not think that I need all this especially since there for 3d 5g Tell me how you can use this blog only? And can they only be dispensed with? and tell me how you can make help in works2?
