  3. Why am I receiving a Gmail verification code without requesting for it? There can be multiple reasons for you receiving a verification code without requesting for it there is a possibility that someone who knows your Gmail ID is trying to get an access to your Gmail account or if you are trying to log in your account with a new or an unauthorized access, Google will always send you a verification code if you will open your account on a device on which you have never opened it before you will also receive verification code whenever you will enable 2 step verification for your Gmail account.
  4. Hi, totally new to PLC's .. Just trying to do a university assignment I've connected a DTC1000 to Fatek PLC Port 2 - RS485 I want to know in which register I can find the measured temperature. A friend said you should add 400000 to the converted from hex to dec number which is mentioned in DTC manual. http://www.deltronic.su/userdata/files/dtc_manual_eng.pdf But I'm not sure which value should be used in manual and is 400000 the number to add (and where it has come from!) If I can just find the register, I can do the rest (just a bunch of normally open and close and  .. Thanks
  5. Hello everyone! I have problem with understanding the usage/principle of operation of parameter "Mark detection number".  In manual i read: "The number of mark detections is stored. "0" clear is executed at power supply ON. Continuous detection mode: 0 to 65535 (Ring counter) Specified number of detection mode: 0 to 32 Ring buffer mode: 0 to (number of buffers - 1) Refresh cycle: At mark detection" My question is which mark detections are stored? Servo detects some kind of marks? I am novice in servo programming, please explain in the easiest way. Thanks for help.
  6. hi there is a 1215c and a fatek B1 plc here. 1215c as master and fatek as slave. i want to read 10 16bit words from Fatek to 1215c and i use Modbus rtu 485. i have a problem with what comes from Fatek To 1215C. thx 2018-08-25_11-56-16.mp4
  7. Please assist me with the following; regarding the ME96SSHA-MB Power meter data transition with Melsec-Q series PLC; We acquire to read various values on dedicated Modbus storage address registers at the simultaneous into a Melsec-Q series PLC via Modbus (TCP or RTU)  for calculation purposes. Naturally, since the reading of these variables are to provide accurate instantaneous results, it is a requirement that these values are to be read at one scan.   However, as can be seen below, there is a gap in address register range – of which, if all of these are scanned simultaneously, yields an exception error when read. This error is only avoided by scanning these data sets separately – which is not ideal for our application – since accuracy in calculations is imperative.

  9. Compare not working

We have this logic (on a CP1E) the desired outcome is as follows: When a bad part is detected, force the operator to index the machine 6 times, using a holding register to prevent a power cycle from resetting the count. once 6 cycles are recorded output that the bad parts are removed AND reset the count to zero.   What has actually happened so far: the count has gone to 6 and not reset. I have used CX Programmer to set the H0 value to zero but the compare still says it's equal (to 6)   I have read everything i can get my hands on regarding holding registers and compare functions and i can't see what is wrong. I have no formal training on this so i'm sure it's something simple. can anyone point me in the right direction?   Thanks guys
  10. Hello everyone. I m new on site. I need to an example program (done and running properly) that bit shift register. I will design a bottle filling machine. I dont know how to use these logics.  hardware dosent matter.   thanks for your interest
  11. We recently obtained a new Vendor ID (VID) Number from ODVA, 1477 for the purposes of developing an EtherNet/IP scanner device.  When we try to use that number with the Allen-Bradley PLC & Studio 5000 Logix Designer, our data type REAL's are showing up in Studio 5000 as SINT's.  We have seen this mangling of data types before when using the Omron VID, 47 with the same Allen-Bradley PLC/EIP Scanner.  The data types are being misinterpreted, or mangled from REAL to SINT, e.g. the *.eds file defines 32 REALs for Input and 32 REALs for Output, but within Studio 5000 we see 128 SINTs each for Input and Output. It is as though the Allen-Bradley/Studio 5000 database does not have our Vendor ID.  When I change the *.eds file, Vendor ID Number from #1477 to #1 then we see the *.eds file being properly read and interpreted, e.g. 32 REALs for Input and Output show up as 32 REALs each.  Does anyone know what file we need to modify in Studio 5000 ???  We want to add our Vendor ID #1477 to that file. Hardware: EIP Scanner: Allen-Bradley Compact Logix L18ERM EIP Adapter: Delta Tau Power PMAC Motion Controller (EIP OpeNer Stack) Thanks in advance! See screenshots below. within Studio 5000, see screenshots
  12. Fatek PID gap

Hello, I need to build a project with PID function. The main objective is to work with pressure (sensor is 0-16bar 4-20mA). If pressure is between 5 and 7bar (7 is set point), I want PID to give scaled values at my analog output. Pressure <= 5bar = 100% Pressure > 5bar and < 7bar = scaled values Pressure >= 7bar = 0% So actually as I understand, I need need a second set point. The HIGH set point is 7. The LOW set point is 5. How am I going to give the low set point?   Thanks in advance!!!
  13. I have Omron CP1H PLC and using Ethernet Option board to communicate through Ethernet. When I connect PLC to 2 Computer it starts malfunctioning and values in register get fluctuate. while I connect single HMI it works fine. Kindly give solution if anyone know.
  14. Hi everybody. I'm just getting started with GX Works 3 and I feel a bit lost. If I have an external help file for my function blocks, how do I register this in the program? I can't find it anywhere when I double-click the fb library or in the e-manual Viewer. The file format is .CHM and I have imported this to GXW2 earlier.   /Niklas
  15. Hai i want to know how to save and retain the values of the program even in Emergency power off the PLC and on again? can any one help me?
  16. Hello All! I am having difficulties mapping register values. In the TURCK register there are 24 unique register bytes corresponding to different value registers (8bit x 24). These 24(8bit) bytes were mapped into RSLOGIX 5000 as 12(16bit) INT words ....INT[12] .. This means there are 2 bytes (2 unique register values) inside each INT word. WHAT I NEED TO ACHIEVE: 1. (BLUE outline in drawing) Write/Map a value of "32" into byte 7 of the TURCK register so effectively starting at  INT[5].8 in RSLOGIX           Drawing1-Model.pdf This will enable the value of CNT1 (encoder count) to be registered in bytes 8-11... 2.  (PINK outline in drawing) READ/MAP the values registered in bytes8,9,10 and 11(4x8bits) into a SINGLE 32bit INT value which will tell me the CNT1 value of my encoder. I am having problems when ever I try to COP a value of 32 (no matter what kind of array it's sourced from) into INT[5].8 & I haven't tried to map/read the values of bytes 8-11 CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP EXPLAIN HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS?! Thanks for your input EVERYONE! :D Drawing1-Model.pdf
  17. FATEK Serial communication

Hello everyone, I am completely new with Fatek PLC. Can somebody help me (example, tutorial, explanation) with a serial communication between Fatek and PC. I am using FBs series.
  18. Dear @ s good afternoon! You see I have a small problem, scale the signal of the plc manually using equation of the line and other steps, so I did a PLC Delta, but I've spent time in a PLC FATEK and apparently see it is more advanced and there is another way to do it using its simulator "WinProladder" to achieve it. So the question is: Can you help on how to scale using functions WinProladder for FBs-24MC plc Fatek? regards
  19. E1151 New Display Register

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have 4 test rigs setup with E1151 HMIs and FX3U PLCs (with two ADCs and one DAC).  They are running pretty well, and the HMI changes block fine when using Jump to Block, but when I try to get the PLC to change the HMI's block using the New Display Reg it becomes very temperamental. For automatic testing I want the PLC to prompt the HMI to change block, so I set it up with a PLC register, then set the HMI to use this register for the New display reg.  When I turn the PLC and HMI on I can run through the test, and at the end it changes screen perfectly.  However if I run the test again the HMI appears to "forget" to change screen.  I have checked the new display register and It lists the correct screen, but the HMI doesn't change. So far I have tried adding "SCRR" too the command list to use short recipe names (saw this on a previous post), and tried reducing the amount to data transfer between the HMI and PLC to see if it was a latency issue, but neither have worked. Has anyone else witnessed problems like this?
  20. IR register operation

Hello, Can I add an offset value to IR register? for example, MOVR D0, IR0 and I have an offset value stored in D1, for example, &100, could I add the offset of D1 into IR0, to get IR0 pointing to D100? I know I can just do MOVR D100, IR0, but for purpose of versatility, I want an offset to be added in such a way. Thanks in advance. Xing
  21. Have looked on this forum and found NO hint of a solution. I hope someone can provide me with a starting point. I have a Allen Bradley Micro830 & Connected Component Workbench that I use to SMS text message out the value of an Analog sensor. The value is a real number data type so it holds a number like this 123.32659+e. All I want to do is to "Truncate" so that the value ends up being like this 123.32 this would then be what sms receiver would see as the value. Thanks
  22. Syswin v3.4

Hello every body I need serial number for Siswin v3.4 or crack. I have original software Siswin v3.1, but i don't find token Someone may help me? Thank you
  23. Hi I need to program my fatek fab Plc with the following : . I need to detect between a single long input or a repeated second pulse. The idea is to control a window blind with two outputs of the Plc and two inputs (one for up, from a up switch and another for down from the down switch). the blind should go up until I maintain the key pressed. But when I make a repeated two pulse on the key it should go up automatically during a certainly define time (enough to completely open the blind). The same for the down direction. I need help on that.
