  1. iFix Electronic Signature issue

    Hi, I'm currently setting up a development system with iFix 5.8 and am getting the error when trying to use the electronic signature functionality, "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done". Has anyone seen this issue before, and if so is there a resolution for this? Any information would be much appreciated. Colin
