Hello All, I have a Crouzet PLC that I need some programming help with. I figure it is quicker to just ask an expert rather than try and figure this thing out myself. The part number for my little PLC is: 88970423. It is a CB12 model. What I need is a program that does the following: 1) When input #1 goes high, I need output #1 to go high and maintain the output signal as long as input #1 is high. 2) When input #1 goes high, output #2 goes high for 58 seconds and times out. 3) When output #2 times out (above), I need output #4 to go high for 2 seconds and times out. 4) When output #4 times out (above), I need output #3 to go high for 58 seconds and times out. 5) When output #3 times out (above), I need output #4 to go high for 2 seconds and times out. Input #1 should be considered the "start cycle" input. Steps #2-5 are the cycle for the PLC program. When step 5 times out, the cycle should jump back to step #2 and repeat the cycle an infinite number of times provided input #1 is high. If input #1 goes low, all outputs go low. When input #1 goes high again, the cycle should reset and begin the cycle again starting at Step #1 & 2. Did I explain that program well enough? Feel free to ask me any questions. I attached a little file to try and help out. It just defines the type of controller I'm using and the I/O layout. All of the timers and things need to be added. It seems like it should be pretty easy for someone that knows what they are doing. Thank you in advance for any help.
