I would like to compare the content of 2 registers of D memory on my CJ1M PLC. I'm trying instruction = (equal) and D30 and D50 memory registers to compare data and activate an output, but I don't understand why it shows the same direction (&98 on the image).

Comparison of Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley & Siemens
Gibblet posted a topic in General Topics - The Lounge
Hi all, I am in the process of doing a project for some school work and need to do a SWOT analysis of the latest modular PLCs from Mitsubishi (R series), Siemens (S7-1500) and Allen Bradley (ControlLogix). So I thought what better way than to ask the people on what they think are the pros and cons of each! Thanks for your responses in advance!- 10 replies

Array Comparison with a single Output for Equals/Not Equal
TigerLily posted a topic in NJ Series / Sysmac Studio
I am a long time Omron user, but this is my first time using the Sysmac software, I want to compare the 16 bits of my array to zero, if any of the bits are on I want to turn on an output, I see the AryCmpNE and AryCmpNEV, but they have a seperate bit for each item in the Array, is there any way to do this without using Unions? Thank you!! -

Hi everyone! I have this simple problem, but cant get over it. I have structured ladder/FBD Project and i use GX works2. As topic tells I use analog signal from field. Now, i need to compare this value X (from field) to Values X1 and X2, meaning if value X is between values X1 and X2 then M1 is true. Ok, but what function i need to use for this? Best regards, Juha.
