Siemens S5 communication error

Hello Friends , I have a problem of communication between my PLC S5 -115U and the interface ... I changed the interface but the situation is the same ...I asked some friends and they said that i need to save my Program and start some steps to reset my S5 ..!! The question is : if i reset my S5 and there is no result after that ....what can i do ?! the next step or the possibilities can i have in this situation?! I thank you
