Good day. Yes, it is MELSEC Q61P if I'm not mistaken. Yes I think so there are files. All files are marked as read only except for the program files. Please see photos for reference that might help. Thank you very much. Your help is well appreciated.

Sir Daniel,  I think the program was still there but cannot be open. highlighted with red line is the recently open program which properly working before. And when I open the .gps type of file it display that "failed to read the project file"

thank you everyone for your response. i think i am opening the right file. because once i click the project button, there are portion for recently open program. and when i click the file/program. it display the error "Failed to read the project file" as shown in the first photo. Thanks again.

Good day everyone.  Somebody can help me to to resolve the issues in our PLC. I am not a PLC engineer, your help will be highly appreciated. It is showing - Failed to open the Project file.  Possible causes: 1.The data in the project file is completely damaged; 2.The data is created by new version more than this S/W; 3.The project file does not exist. Hopefully, somebody can help me or give instruction on how to check those possible causes.   Thank you.
