  1. Hey everyone, I havent touch a PLC for 15 year and then it was Mitsubishi.  today we looking at a sscenario where we have a bunch of machines with different ages of PLC's, Simens and Mitsubishi.. Might  be that one or two has a network inteface.  What we would like to achive is just reading the state of the machine if it runnning or not. Is there as easy "generall " way of doing this?  What i would have liked is to use a something similair to Arduino board connected to PLC for the sake of reading if the machine is running or not?   Thanks Ed
