  1. It depends how much control and access you have to the Network at your target location. You could set up a VPN to your target PC or even to a PLC. One option is to use something like logmein to remote into your PC. www.logmein.com Stu....
  2. Welcome the the Forum Brad! In cases like this, I look for a Memory Card installed that could be overwriting Program changes. Is it possible there is a Memory Module installed? Stu....
  3. That was what I figured, but I had to be sure. You will need RSNetworx for DeviceNet. Open the Scanner in RSNetworx, and find the I/O Mapping for the VFD you replaced. Write it down, and then remove the VFD from the Scan List. Apply the change, then reinsert the VFD into the Scan List, and put the I/O Mapping back in. If your RSNetworx doesn't have an EDS for the New VFD, you will have to get it from AB/RA and add it to RSNetworx. http://www.rockwella...tworks/eds.page? Stu....

Welcome to the Forum! SLC Data Tables are limited to 255 Elements, so you are going to have to break it up if you want to save that many Data Points. You can allow the PLC to Index across Data Files, but this has its down sides as well. Look at an Instructions called FFL and LFL, you can also use Indexed Addresses or Indirect Addresses. 8. Help me with c200h-lk201

With the information you have provided, there is no way for us to tell. One thing to be aware of, is Omron CXProgrammer doesn't save the Data Tables (i.e. DM) when you save the PLC Program. So, if there was Data required for Instructions to service the Monitor Software Communications Requests (i.e. PCMR), that Data will have to be reentered into the appropriate locations. Stu.....
