We recently migrated from a NT620C-ST141B to a NS8TV00BV2.
For the most part this went well. However there is an issue whereby when the customer enters one particular piece of recipe data it does not display on the new screen.
Bit hard to explain but:
In his recipes there are two fields - a numeral and a letter. He enters the required numeral and letter(String) and presses 'Enter' - he can see that the numeral appears in the 'Entered data' field but the letter does not.
Now, the machine actually functions correctly - so it would appear that the String data is reaching the PLC, but for whatever reason it does not display for the operator to verify what he has entered.
A picture tells a thousand words - so I have video clips which I guess I won't be able to post here because of size, but would be able to email anyone who wants to have a look at issue working on the Old screen versus what is not happening correctly on the new screen.
