As of 2017, Rockwell is currently working on a new website to be more user friendly as I am a beta tester for that site. I attended Rockwell TechEd 2017 and this is where is was first brought to light. As far as Knowledgebase goes, Tech connect contracts will remain the same but the users ablilty to find information will be much better. Please let me know if you would like me to give more info on this matter. Thanks Shane Welcher founder of OnlinePLCSupport.com
