Our VCB Generator Breaker Panel for our generator have the GPC- DEIF(Paralleling controller), PLC SIEMENS S7300, and SCADA WINCC. The problem was that the runtime counter have reached its maximum limit at 32,000 hours where it seems that it overflow from the maximum limit configuration of our GPC- DEIF which is only configured at 20,000 hours max limit only as per its MANUAL. FIrstly I wanna ask if the runtime counter is really dependent with GPC-DEIF, or it is programmed at PLC or SCADA WINCC, Secondly, Where can we reconfigure the runtime counter maximum limit, is it at GPC-DEIF or PLC or SACADA WINCC,,, please help us, thanks!!!
