Hello can you help me regarding the alarm code (-5006:0x800700b7) I am using Windows 10 OS. and I am installing Japanese version of GX Works 2 whenever I install the update. this error alarm code always pops up. What should I do? cam somebody help me? even my boss from japan cannot figure it out. second question: for example: I install the English update of GX works2 and use the Japanese GX works CD. is it ok or it will not install?
