Dear all, I have one projects where 12 Stations are their each Sations are having 25 number of DI Do Ai AO 's if i can go for Micrologix 1500 Plc for each station which protocol i shold go for connecting Micrologix at a long distance Can i go for Ethernet bacause i need faster respoance time Also i need to hook up this system to Siemens CPU 135U on profibus Pls suggest possible Network considering Length 3 Km (repaters) Can i go for Ethernet with profibus connectivity Thanks Sandeep Patil

Hi My question related to Quantum PLC usiing Concept v 2.5 Sotware i am using a PCFL -AIN Block in which i am input the Flow data now i need to scale it to 0 GPM to 2000 GPM the Parameter Block Shows Parameter Block (Middle Node) The length of the AIN parameter block is 14 registers: Register Content Displayed Input from a 3x register First implied Reserved Second implied Output Status Third implied Input Status Fourth and fifth implied Scale 100% engineering units Sixth and seventh implied Scale 0% engineering units Eighth and ninth implied Manual input 10th and 11th implied Auto input 12th and 13th implied Output What i should add 0 to Sixth and seventh and 2000 to Fourth and fifth ? HELLO ALL, I AM WORKING ON PROJECT FOR ONE OUR CLIENT THE PROJECT IS IN Modicon Concept v2.5 using Ladder Logic PLC : 140CPU11302 Concept is new for me , previously i have worked on Allan Breadly and B&R PLCs i need help for I/o Configration my Question is 1. How to assign 10 Slot Chassis 140XBP01000 ? ( I have selected I/O MAP in PLC confugration ) 2. Is AI-140ACI03000 Module gives Scaled value ? if Not How to scale the Analog Input in Concept Ladder ? 3. The ENET-140NOE77101 Ethernet Module is not Listed in Module selection window in PLC confiration Pls let me if some other setting is required ? 4. How is Program execution like in AB you need to prepare Ladder Files then CAll using JSR ? Which is method for routine calls ? 5.
