Twido Programming cable

Hi, Um new to plc and at the beggining i bought a Twido TWDLCAA24DRF old one without the cable.I want to know if any rs485 to usb cable is possible to programme this plc? please someone help me is this cable is possible?

may I ask why?because both are rs485 to usb cables? any speciality in the hardware?
