Dear : Mr PLC i am read from PLC to PC

Dear : all i mean for back up program PLC for data base for prepair if same time PLC is error. as you know this program is not i do it, i just open program from PLC and upload (PLC to PC) what happens is when I do the upload from the PLC to the PC ladder diagram can show on then I save on PC but in the event of damage to the PLC is error and then I bought a new one PLC and I enter my program that has been uploaded from the PC to the PLC, the PLC then I attach to the engine when the engine error that can not work as usual. or my cable is wrong(broken) please the new advice thank you best regards Ulik

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a problem I have when downloading saved program on PLC to my PC. So whenever I try to download the program that's already saved on the PLC for backup purposes, the program is always incomplete, by this I mean the program would have missing parameters which causes PLC not to work properly. I am new to this and would like some advice on how to fix this. I would like to know what might be causing this problem. Additionally, is there a compatible version of the software to use on Windows 7? For reference: PLC is FX3U-16MT Software used is GX Works 2 [1.24A-H03] and GX Developer [8.70Y] Operating System is Windows XP 32-Bit Thank you so much for your help.
