  1. may be it make sense to tell us which software do you use? Most software providing already working ramp blocks..
  2. Hello Mastafa,   this PLC has only Modbus RS232 port, so you need serial port on your pc or take TSXCUSB232 adapter. >Which program is better? Wrong question. You need to take the software, which was used during programming.
  3. Hello Craig, you are using old firmware, just take the Firmware v5.70 for the CoPro
  4. just open hardware configuration in PL7 and select the OS version
  5. Hello Prizm_Control, the fact is the NOM can be placed only in local rack. So if you use DIO, then you have NOM in local rack and CRA211 in each DIO drop. I think the NOM in local rack can handle DIO and your connection to Bridge/Mux in the same time, but I never tested such config.
  6. If your plc doesn't contain upload information (just machine code) then you will be not able to upload anything ;(
  7. Hello arsaam, I' not sure, but maybe your plc have LL984 firmware, so you can't upload you IEC application in to this plc now. You just need the right IEC firmware for your plc. The sutable firmware you will find in c:/concept/Dat
  8. Hi Baran, EC0E is internal error of Intel CPU. You can't solve this problem. Just call SE support, provide serial numbers of plc and DOM numbers, and maybe you will get both plc replaced.
  9. Hello, yes, the limitation is still there. Help: CREAD_REG, CWRITE_REG, READ_REG, WRITE_REG and MBP_MSTR function blocks use 1 data transaction path and require multiple cycles to complete an operation. Number of transaction paths available is dependent on the communication port used: Modbus Plus embedded port or NOM modules support up to 4 blocks at the same time TCP/IP Ethernet embedded port support up to 4 blocks at the same time TCP/IP Ethernet NOE modules support up to 16 blocks at the same time More communication function blocks may be programmed on the same communication port. However communication block exceeding the maximum number on that port will not be serviced until one of the transaction paths is freed up. When the transaction path resources become free the next block on the same port will become active and begin using freed path.
  10. Pl7

%I\4.0\1.1 - is digital input on module 1, channel 1, in rack number 4 via fipio or maybe interbus %Q\4.0\1.3  - is digital output in module 1, channel 3 ......
  11. Hello madani, your example looks like plausibility check. IF 2 digital inputs (%I) are ON, but digital output (%Q) is not set, then store error bit.  But I never saw something like this %MW35:X1. In your case it should be 1 bit (bool) in register %MW35.
  12. akirka,  please check your upload - file not found ;(
  13. Hi akirka, I have nearly all versions of Concept. Just post your app, and we will help you. Or just contact SE support and they will help you too :)
  14. Hello brewer, unfortunately it's not enough info to help you. Are you using - I/O (interbus) and the bus was not changed and only aplication was converted to unity and plc was replaced? Then maybe it make sence to check the firmware update for the momentum plc?
  15. Hello Ethann,   according to manual for STB NIP you can define up to 3 masters for Advantys Island, so Advantys can handle connection to minimum 3 plc's.  Please see page 78: http://www.guilleviniag.com/downloads/Products/Schneider/Advantys/Manuals/Ethernet%20Modbus%20TCPIP%20Guide.pdf   So, if you define masters (as described in manual), then first master, which is online, reserve the communication to advantys. But may be if you not set any masters, then both plc can simultaneously read the data from Advantys.
  16. Momentum unity

Hello Benoit, surely you mean migrate not emigrate :) In your case just export your application in concept converter and you will get ASC file, which can be opened by UnityPro. During import/opening of ASC in Unity the software will ask you which plc do you wish to use, so just choose your momentum unity plc. Thats all.
  17. Hello Daryl, yes, UnityPro has build-in simulator, which is very helpful in case you have no hardware.
  18. Hello, in case you are using Modbus Port on NOM212  you have RS232 and you need to use RS232-RS485 converter for NOM. For serial connection to have to use XXMIT block, in HELP you will find working example. MBP_MSTR is only for Ethernet or Modbus+ communication.
  19. can confirm this, PREMIUM PLC has RS485 port.
  20. Quantum and PREMIUM both using same PCMCIA memory cards. But what is SOE cards?
  21. Quantum 140CPU67160 is Hotstandby PLC, which has fiber optic connector and has no IO scanning. You have to use NOE771xx with MBP_MSTR logical block (function code 15) to read 3xx registers from other devices.
  22. Hi, please take this Concept user manual: http://www.schneider-electric.com/download/ww/en/details/2267493-Concept-26---User-Manual/ In this manual you will find description for memory mapping. Just search for "3x" or "4x".
  23. 53414 has 4Mb ram and 43412 only 2 mb ram, so you can't update 43412-to-53414 :) It's important to know, that 53414 was absolete and you can't purchaise it anymore.
  24. 170ADM35011 is only IO's, so you don't need any software for this.
