Hi, sorry to hijack your old post.  I have downloaded ASComm Excel Add-in and trying to read from an S7-1200 CPU. I keep getting errors. The help file doesn't explain in enough detail how to setup the software, anyone have any experience using this? The error I am seeing is 'Invalid. Object reference not set to an instance of an object'. All i'm trying to do is read MB100 as a test on an IP of 192.168.0.1 on a S7-1214C CPU. Can go online without issue using TIA.

Hi all, I am having trouble installing RSView32 V7.60 on a windows 7 32-bit PC. Whenever I try to install the software I get the error MS .Net framework 3.5 SP1 needs to be installed. However this is part of windows 7 so it is installed! I have used the turn windows features on and off tool to re-install the .net framework. I have run the .net framework cleanup utility from MS and the .Net framework verifier from MS. The verifier says everything is ok. So have any of you had this issue? I would run it in an XP VM if it was for my own development machine. But the PC I am building this for requires Windows 7, due to site IT requirements. Thanks in advance.
