Dear gentlemen, I have installed a Mitsubishi Q series PLC with a CC-Link network, where I use a number of CC-link modules(Digital Inputs, PT100 and thermocouple). I have programmed this project using GX IEC 7.04, and I am using the standard Mitsubishi function blocks for every module. All modules work fine and deliver data to the PLC, except PT-100 modules, which do not write anything to the PLC registers. The PT-100 CCLink module that I use is AJ65SBT-64RD3, which is the new compact version of AJ65BT-64RD3 module. I use the function block of AJ65BT-64RD3, because there is no fuction block for AJ65SBT-64RD3, but I believe there cannot be any problem with that, since it is just a compact version of the AJ65BT-64RD3. For anyone who can help, I am also attaching my PLC program, in order to find any mistakes that I have not noticed. Please note that the system is already installed on a ship, and it is not very easy for me to visit and make test every day. Thanks. Konstantinos MT Braven Pearl AMS final 15_2_2011.rar

I have a problem with an OMRON PLC. It is already programmed, and i want to clear its program and re-program it. But when it connects with the PC, the CX-Programmer 9.0 software is not responding, and only blinking with the message: "Error on PLC1. Check Error log" Why does this happens? How can I just stop it from running, clear all the program and re-program it? Thanks in advance.

I have successfully connected with the above PLC, but i am encountering trouble in connecting with the HMI NT31-ST121-EV2. I am using NTST 4.7 software and when I am trying to connect, I receive the message: Time out error. I checked the cable and it is correct. I also tried with 3 more HMI of the same type. Please can someone give me the settings for my PC serial port? Maybe i am not correct there. Also, is there any dip switch or anything blocking the communication? thanks for the support!

Remote I/O module (CC-link) on GX IEC Developer
kwnstantinos replied to kwnstantinos's topic in Mitsubishi
I have 2 more questions: 1) I have the CC-link modules AJ65SBT2B-64RD3, but the CC-link library contains only the AJ65BT-64RD3 function block. Can I use it for my modules? 2) (Silly question) The address which is set on the modules dip-switches is the same with the head address in GX IEC Developer, correct? -

But as i see now in help, " RemoteInOut_8Bit " is used for combined 8input/8output modules. -
Remote I/O module (CC-link) on GX IEC Developer

Thanks a lot!!!!! -
I have one question. I want to use the module AJ65SBTB1-8D, which is an 8 Digital inputs CC-link remote module. In the standard library for GX IEC Developer, I can find function block for 16 and 32 digital input modules, but not for 8 inputs module. Does anybody know which function block i should use? Its my first time with CC-link and i find it strange having all function blocks for all I/O modules but not for 8 inputs module. Thanks. Konstantinos
