  1. F2-04 THM Thermocouple module

Thank you for your detailed information. I am using grounded Thermocouples. There is no other power cable running along with the Thermocouple cables. What do you mean by " For grounded thermocouples, connect the shield at the sensor end"? Do you want me to connect the Shield to the negative terminal of the Thermocouple at the Thermocouple itself? If it is so i have done it at the PLC and not at the Sensor end. Do you think this will solve the issue?
  2. Hi Everybody, I am using a F2-04 THM thermocouple module in one of my applications where 4 J type Thermocouples are connected to it. I need to control the heaters depending on the Set point say 200 Deg Celsius. The temperature value in the PLC coming from the Thermocouples is not constant at all.The temperature goes on fluctuating continuously. It does not stop its fluctuation. But when I connect these Thermocouples to a Temperature Controller the Temperature display is stable and not fluctuating. It increases and decreases gradually but the Value in PLC is continuouly fluctuating. The fluctuation in the PLC is +/- 20 deg Celsius. Can anyone tell me what has to be done to get the Correct readings in the PLC without fluctuation. I have checked all the Jumpers are set correctly. The program is OK .
  3. Mitsubishi Servo

I have rotory encoder ( 1000 ppr) mounted on an Induction motor. I also have a mitsubishi servo motor (HC-MFS73 - max speed 3000 r/min) whose speed is proportional to the Induction motor but with a ratio of 1 : 100. When my Induction motor is moving at a speed of 30 rpm (also the encoder mounted on it will be moving at same rpm) ,the servo movers at its maximum speed that is 3000 rpm. So the output pulses of the encoder will be 30 * 1000 = 30 Kilo ppm. The servo will make 3000 rotations in one minute if we provide 30 K ppm which gives a ratio of 10 : 1 i.e for every 10 pulses the servo will make one rotation. If I give 30 K pulses in 30 seconds i.e increase the frequency of the pulses by double then the servo should finish 3000 rotations in 30 Seconds instead of 1 minute. Is it possible to do so???????????? Kindly note that as soon as I increase the speed of the Induction motor over 30 rpm the servo comes to a sudden halt. My question might be a bit confusing but please reply if you dont understand it so that I can clarify your doubts.
  4. Mitsubishi Servo

Thank you. I will check out.
  5. Mitsubishi Servo

I am using MRJ2S-70A Mitsubishi servo amplifier.
  6. Mitsubishi Servo

Hi, I have a Mitsubishi Servo motor with its amplifier. I want the motor to be run at a speed of 500 rpm in position control mode. Can anyone tell me how to calculate the number of input pulses to the Servo amplifier to run it at 500 rpm. Your valuabel feedback will be appreciated.
  7. MRJ2S SERVO COMMUNICATION WITH GOT

Thank you for your reply. I will try this. It is mentioned in the Servo Manual that writing to EEPROM more than million times will lead to failure. But I think there are chances of failure and not guaranteed after 1 million writes. Anyway I will try this.
  8. H2-CTRIO

Thank you for your reply. As suggested by you I will go through the manual first then i will get back if any doubts.
  9. DIV Instruction

Hi, I would like to divide 25 with 10 and store it in some memory location say v1400. But where is the remainder 5 stored? Can anyone help me.
  10. MRJ2S SERVO COMMUNICATION WITH GOT

I hope my question is confusing. The GOT and MRJ2S SERVO are in communication. For example Parameter 3 Electronic gear numerator is set to 3000 in the Servo Drive through the buttons on the Servo. If I change this Parameter 3 of the Servo Drive through the Connected GOT to 5000 , the Parameter in the Servo Drive is changed to 5000. But if I Power off the Servo Drive the Parameter Value 5000 that I have set through GOT is not retained instead the GOT displays 3000 which was set on the Servo Drive through the buttons on them. Can anyone suggest me so that the value that I have entered through GOT is retained even if I Power of the Servo Driver.
  11. H2-CTRIO

Hi, I would like to use H2-CTRIO in one of my projects where I would like to control four servo motors with two H2-CTRIO's. I want to give Differential line driver input to the Servo Drives. I am using an Incremental encoder to input pulses to the H2-CTRIO. Can anyone suggest me how to give A,B and Z Differential line Driver Output (5VDC) to the H2-CTRIO? Also how to connect the Servo Drivers to the H2-CTRIO for Differential line Driver Output? Because I haven't seen 5VDC input to the H2-CTRIO? Can H2-CTRIO generate an Output of 500K Pulses ? If any one has suggestions please reply anything that you know as I am using H2-CTRIO for the first time.
  12. Hi, Crossbow, I have tested successfully to change parameters of MRJ2S servo amplifier with GOT1020. Now the problem is that whenever I switch off the Servo the Parameter value that I have given through GOT is not retentive. Whenever I switch off the power of the Servo the Internal parameter value in the Servo is displayed rather than the value that I have fed through GOT. How to make the parameter of the Servo fed through the GOT is retentive?
  13. MR-J2S-10A Mitsubishi Servo

    Thank you.
  14. MR-J2S-10A Mitsubishi Servo

    Thank you.
  15. MR-J2S-10A Mitsubishi Servo

Hi Crossbow, Now I am in dilemma which GT1000 series should I buy? May I know whether GOT1020 supports Servo Amplifier MR-J2S-10A monitor and Parameters set function.I have enquired that GT1020 has driver for MR-J2S-10A but I am not sure whether it supports monitoring and Parameters set function of the Servo MR-J2S-10A. Or should I go for some different model of GOT1000. Thanks in advance.
