  1. I have solved this error issue. Because I linked my variable tags when I imported my variables from Unity Pro, when I paste the genie down it automatically links the variables. By adding the tags manually it will not link them, eliminating the error message. I believe this is because I chose Dynamic Fastlink in the options.
  2. Hi everyone, I am new to Citect, and I am having some difficulty with an error. I am compiling the project after creating several pop-ups for some instrument faceplate controls using the xpface1 genie from the library. After pasting in the Genie and being prompted for a base tag, I created the variables required for PV,SP,OP,and OPM(auto/manual) and addressed them to the appropiate locations(variables from instruments) Upon packing and compiling I recieve the following error(s) for each tag I have created from the genie: TYPE: ERROR RECORD: 396(example) FIELD:UNIT NAME: TABLE" C:/*** ERROR: TAG EXPECTED CONTEXT: Line[1]:{} In Citect help it says the error indicates that the tag does not exist, yet it is in my variable tags forum? here is the data from the tag in question, all of the tags are like this not just this particular tag: VARIABLE TAG NAME: BP_VFD_OP ADDRESS: 401301 TYPE:REAL I left the rest of the information blank like the tags I have imported from Unity Pro Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
  3. Hello all, I've got a bit of an issue with Vijeo, is there any way I can use more than one alarm group with an alarm banner without creating a 2nd banner? I would like to make some of my alarms optional acknowledgements, and not mandatory. Thanks for the help!
