The S7 200 is not TIA Portal it is S7 Micro Win. Also the connection is not MPI it is PPI. Hope this helps Rodney

From memory either back up using Prosave or exchanging the touch screen is quite straightforward. Rodney

The files look to be Medoc files which should import into GX Developer. Use the import Medoc format file. It can be found on the project tab import file. If it is greyed out then the feature is not installed. Rodney

Do you have the program 6070? If not has JRoss suggested contact the manufacturer of the machine and request it. If they are no longer in business then you will have to go down the avenue as Crossbow has described. Rodney

Dunc For example the source address could be D500 so the value in D500 would be sent too channel 1. n3 would be how many channels you are writing too. D501 to channel 2 and so on. Rodney

With Medoc being a DOS based software the older your operating system is the better. It will run on XP not sure about later versions. You will have to configure your usb serial adapter to COM 2 because you only have choice of COM 1 or COM 2. If you have difficulties getting around Medoc post what you are trying to do. Rodney
