  1. How to Add Rack in PLC Omron CP1h

I did not pay attention enough before to your quantity of AD041 (5) and gtsupport was right of course. You can not have more than 3 of them because you are limited to 15 inputs words, and they need 4 input words each.
  2. How to Add Rack in PLC Omron CP1h

Yes, and further in section 7, you will see that you have to write a "range code" in the ladder.
  3. How to Add Rack in PLC Omron CP1h

You don't have to use "IO Table and Unit Setup" for CP1W expansion. This is only if you want to add CJ1 modules (2 max). Section 5 (page 325) for your built-in analog IO, and section 7 (page 389) for expansion units.
  4. How to Add Rack in PLC Omron CP1h

What are your (complete) number of expansion modules? Does they begin with CP1W ? And, complete number of the PLC?
  5. FH vision camera search

You can use one of the search tool (Search, Shape Search II, shape Search III, (see Z341 manual )) in continous measurement. Once the object is found, you coud stop that continous measurement and trigger your other inspection.
  6. Using analog module

What is the module? Did you read the manual?
  7. Help! Using CMP(20) with TS101

Salut Phil, Just in case... Your PLC is in Monitor or Run Mode?
  8. PIDAT Program setting

There are Fonction Block for PID on Omron France site. (If french is not a problem) http://www.support-omron.fr/Programmes.php   Edit : Sorry I just realized that CP1E don't support FB's.
  9. incremental encoder

I was wrong !  In the E353-E1-05 manual (link above)  read pages 77 to 93.  Interrupt inputs, counter mode...
  10. incremental encoder

Yes, I ommited the "A" but I think it's the same about HSC. CPM2 family however had HSC capability.
  11. incremental encoder

I'm afraid that CPM1 does not support high speed counter
  12. Auto Run Mode after Reboot

    In the Settings:
  13. Updating CPM2C Data Display string in DM area

It's not that you was not clear, it's that English is not my language. You can do it online (Monitor), or you can upload or download too. As I understand of your need the most easy would be do it Online and type the text in the required cases, with text view.
  14. Updating CPM2C Data Display string in DM area

Hello Mike,I am not sure I understand your question, but maybe it will help you: Open the Memory Window, then you can choose the format you display the content of your DM's. See the 2 screenshot below:
  15. Remote Programming CP1L-M40DR over wifi

You need something like a CP1W-CIF41 module and this. If you prefer an industrial WiFi adapter, Phoenix make them, but you probably wont find it below 1200$.
  16. This is a good application for PID instruction in your PLC.
  17. What do I need to get started?

What do you mean by clearing the memory?  I mean, what is your need?
  18. What do I need to get started?

Syswin can work on Windows 7 64 bits.  (Windows virtual PC in Accessories menu) http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?/topic/29913-omrons-syswin-software/&do=findComment&comment=141579
  19. Plc memory & address basics

  20. PID Control Function Block/Example

There is a PID FB in that page: http://www.support-omron.fr/Programmes.php There is good  and detailed explanations in the manual. Maybe you should make your homework and read it instead of multi-post your question like that.
  21. PLC sources?

    And this: http://www.support-omron.fr/Programmes.php
  22. Logic required for product weight selections

Interesting project. I don't know how I would do this, but maybe I would start  with ST in a Function Block.
  23. CP1E-N40 + CP1W-TS102

I can't help with this, I only worked with thermocouples, but everything else seem OK so maybe you should try to connect otherwise.
  24. CP1E-N40 + CP1W-TS102

Your dip-switches and rotary switch seem OK. The ladder is not a problem, since you don't need any ladder at all to read values in your 4 channels. (CIO2, 3, 4 and 5) What about the wiring?
  25. CP1E-N40 + CP1W-TS102

You did not mention, what values are you seeing in your CIO2, 3, 4 and 5 ?
