thanks, again... it's working. I set on HMI the input value to the D address as BIN, not as BCD Pawel

thanks, "Mendon Systems", this is what I need.. what about my problem with timers? is possible to use DM as a time settings (so, I can change the time using HMI) Pawel

Hi, I use omron CP1H to send pulses and direction to drivers of 4x stepper motors, how to sense the pulses completion? there is A280.03 for pulse 0, and A281.03 for pulse1, but what with pulse2, and pulse3 ? my sequence now looks like: together with starting pulse0, starts timer. the time is a calculation of the time needed to complete the number pulses send to the driver plus extra 3sec as a delay time. than the program activate pulse1 and second timer, and the sequence is repeat for pulse2 and pulse3, and comeback to pulse0 the sequence should be: starting pulse0, the pulse complete and start 3sec timer, then start pulse1, the pulse complete and start 3sec timer, and etc. is there a flag for pulse1 and pulse2? or how to do this? the second question is about my timer, when i set the time directly to the timer function, all working perfect, but when i try to use the DM area ( D50) my timer return error. what I do wrong? regards, Pawel

thanks again, working perfect with 5V TTL signsls level, thanks for your time and help.

why i don't see this attachments? ok, i see now. where i can get latest manual, google all the time return ver.C only

OK, I get the servo power ON and Ready to run, but ...not working. now: 1. in CN1B i send 24v signal using internal power supply (VDD and COM connected) to EMG,LSP,LSN and SON - this prepared my servo to run 2. where put pulses signal, the manual show in one place PP-SG and NP-SG in other place PP-PG and NP-NG 3. this signal should be 24V right? just for clear in my aplication i need controll the position by send number of pulses, I do not need eny feedback from the sevomotor, just send them nuber of pulses
-
Thanks, I check the manual ( I have only ver.C ) but is not specialy clear for me. If I'm right I need use PP/NP points to turn forward and PG/NG points to reverse, but do i need use SON (servo on) also? is no problem use 24Vdc, i can use SSR modules to control 24Vdc by 5Vdc

Hi, where/how i need connect signals dir and step to servoamplifer MR-J2S-40A? do I need use MR-TB20 connector blocks for this? for signals I want use no Mitsubishi controller - my signal is in TTL level.

tks, so better i lived like this, with timers and relays... anyway its working fine

hi, i need do something like switch: i have 1 input and 3 outputs, input is controlled by pushbutton, when i press button, 1output need working and after time - stop, then I press button again and 2output start working, and again after time stop, then I press button again i 3output start working and stop after time, and if i press button again then 1output start working...what instructions i need used, for now i used many timers and coils, but i thing it is possible do this simple (sorry for my English)

tks, i start wiring, and i know it's few examples on this manual, but i am beginner and sometimes i don't catch everything, can someone write simple ladder how use this NC213 to move CW and CCW my servomotor ( is connected to smartstep R7D driver ) this very help me to learn how programming. (i used CJ1M-CPU12 )

hi, where i can find pin out diagram from NC213 and instructions manual, i want connected this to smartstep driver 1:1 just steps and dir
-
hi, i am just beginner with omron ( but i have few from old systems ) where i can find address list from inputs and output ports, my configuration is like in subject ( may be short example to use in and out with this configuration ) friends, i founded - again i learn somethings more....

IT'S WORKING ! all is OK, many tks.

this is a 5V TTL signal, i can made configuration like pulse generator or 16bit PWM (configurable 35Hz to 1.5 MHz), for now i use pulse generator options
