Hi All, I have problem about programming serial module Mitsubishi PLC using QJ71C24N. If I unconnect the cable from the module and connect again it show SIO error and the communication become lost or not sending data again. so i have to restart the PLC to make it normal again. Any other solution for solve this error without restart the PLC? Thanks Husanto

Hi All, I want to calculate RPM from motor. I use proximity for read the input signal with CPM2A. Can any body tell me how to calculate RPM with this system using CPM2A?? 1 pulse is 1 rotation. Thanks Husanto

the highest RPM is 160 RPM and the minimum is 60RPM. How do you think??

But it very slowly.. I want to display it on touchscreen. How about if the RPM under 60 RPM??

But I think we can use PRV2 and it doesn't have in CPM2A. Maybe you have algorithm for calculate the RPM?? Thanks

Hi all, I have some problem about converted LIR instruction in S5 to S7. I already study how that function work but the problem is can in S7 we use absolut memory inderect addressing?? This a sample code in S5 that's i'm going to convert : C DB 4 L KH 7E00 T DW 70 L KF +4 SLW 1 L DW 70 +F after execution =====> ACCU1 = 7E08 <==> how to compare this absolut area in S7 LIR 0 T FW 240 ======> FW240=???? if anybody know how to convert that's instruction, please let me know... i using HKY(212) reads up to 8 digits of hexadecimal data from a hexadecimal keypad and stores the data in D00000 and D00001. The hexadecimal keypad is connected through CIO 0100 (allocated to a CS1W-ID211 16-point DC Input Unit) and CIO 0200 (allocated to a CS1W-OD211 16-point Transistor Output Unit). D32000 is used as the system word. a wiring diagram and program i put in attachment. I already try this program and it not work. I using CJ1M PLC to try it. thanx Husanto
