  1. I've got two CS1D systems, #1 with a EIP21 + CLK52 and #2 with a CLK52. There will be 12 more in the future of #2. I'm trying to setup a Data Link between the EIP21 and the two CLK52's. My reason for doing so is I'd like to use SYSMAC between 4 SCADA systems and the EIP21 otherwise I'll have to use the SCADA supplied OMRON driver which ok but SYSMAC is superior. When I used Connection Configurator with EIP21 all I see in the Hardware List box are EtherNet/IP Hardware. I tried to find the EDS file for the CLK52 and was unable to do so. When I tried the CX-Integrator with the #1 CS1D system I got both the EIP21 and CLK52 loaded but the Data Link menu option for the EIP21 is disabled. Can anyone help me out here? Is this anyway possible?
  2. CX-One 1.1 upgraded, CX-Designer not English!

    Did the trick! Domo! Shawn
  3. I get by in setting up a simple network using one gateway and router. When it gets to the point of changing the masks, joining two different gateway networks, etc. I'm lost. Tried to look at books on network basics, they start out simple but suddenly go into the guts of inter-networking which is too abrupt for me. Can anyone recommend a good source on describing the basics of TCP/IP networking that will go from simple networks to inter-networking using switches, multiple routers, etc. showing how to use those parameters properly written in a straightforward manner going from A to B to C without the A to G to Z as I've encountered in books. Thanks in advance!!! Shawn
  4. Upgraded CX-One to 1.1 and all the CX programs run in English just fine except CX-Designer, text are blocky. I looked into the registry and there's a language item but it's for an internal feature to have labels display English, Japanese, or Chinese. I don't see any way to uninstall/reinstall CX-Designer by itself from the CX-One upgrade CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
