Hi, have a look to next link

You need Microwin Smart and an Ethernet cable

Hi Luke, that is a general rule to use small loads for PLC output, not only for Siemens. The contactors usually generate "self induction voltage" and usually generate spikes between relay contacts that enable them ( on your situation PLC outputs). Those spikes will damage the relays of your PLC . Think also for situation when you need to replace a cheap intermediate relay instead of an expensive PLC output module. It will be also more easy for debug. My personal opinion is to use an "intermediate relay" even if the price will be higher.

Better to learn English. You will read more ideas from many others. -

We are just able to read English. Show us something else than your language. -
Oops, i was not reading carefully your previous post. You may not use PPI adapter to communicate with S7 300 PLC. You must use MPI adapter or Profibus.
-
What you want to obtain? I guess that you want to restart PLC. Is that what you want? Connect the adapter to MPI port of CPU and to USB at your PG. Start Simatic manager, Set PG interface according the one that you have. Open a new project. Select PLC \ Upload station to PG Then you will have the hardware configuration according of reality.(if was not lost from PLC by battery fault). have a look here: https://automationforum.in/t/how-to-upload-siemens-plc-program-from-plc-to-computer/971 http://www.plcdev.com/book/export/html/597 Once you will be connected to CPU, you may have access to buffer diagnostics also.

I don't backup file, I Said OP 7 backup file and runtime file (fwd or fwx) for new OP type create with ProTool and WinCCFlex.
-
I know that some of types of Siemens OP or TP can be "decrypted". OP 7, MP277 and other that use runtime file .fwd or .fwx where successfully decrypted. Lets try to help Bryll.
-
Please give us more details: CPU type and OP or TP type. Having those info we can see what are the possibilities.

I just check the values of DB31 and DB100: - I guess that PLC run the program from Eprom. Have you make an overall reset to this PLC? If you did not yet, please wait and not be hurry to do it.
-
but the equipment is running?
-
Please let me understood corect: the message on HMI is still present even when the silver cable is connected to PG port of PLC? or the errors message appear during start-up phase ?
-
Then, when you connect back the silver cable, the problem of HMI disappear?
-
Hi, Please check if the HMI cable is connected to PLC. Can you wrote the full history of this control system? I mean how it happened: "one output was not working and we did that checks," "onother day we remove the battery ...." Please, can you make a copy of actual PLC program and send to me by e-mail? Or even better: post the program on that forum. More people can look into and can guide you. I would like to have a look at actual running program.

I am happy that you succeed to be connected with CPU! Do you think that you need more support? If you think so, please describe the problem and add some print screens. dekor -

No, you need only the driver of your USB-RS232. (As you asked on other forum) -

Yes, is that I want to say on my previous post. the actual place where your black cable is connected belong to analog inputs signals. -

First of all: if the black cable is the one from converter, then you have connect them into a wrong plug. It must be connected to PG marked (the one close to orange EPROM). If it is safe, disconnect the existing cable and put yours into PG marked plug. Please let us know what is your progress. -
Hi, your pictures are not showing CPU. IM 153 it is a communication module. The led for communication is not in red colour, then the communication with CPU seems to be ok. Are you sure that you don't have other reasons that will inhibit the outputs? Maybe an emergency stop circuit defective....?

You want to replicate the OP3, or you want something else?
-
Search on YouTube. It is possible using MS Access. Just search...

The CPU use MMC card or it is an old version of CPU?
