  1. I am sure you guys are going to laugh but I can't find where to set the time on a Panel View 600. The date and time are correct on the SLC 503. But incorrect on the Panelview when you use their built in time and date fuction. I am using Panelbuilder 32. Where or where can I set the time on a panelview 600???
  2. That doesn't get the descriptions though, does it?
  3. Is there a way to export the timers and the timer data/settings to excel? Basically I just want the T4 file in excel....
  4. Right now there are no drivers configured, which is why i am confused.
  5. All Drivers loaded (except for touchpad) and linx is still working. Any idea what conflict my touch pad and linx would have?
  6. It seems it was my touch pad driver that caused links to lock up, i installed the drivers one at a time and checked to see if links worked, it stopped working after the touch pad was installed, I uninstalled it and it started to work again. I will continue to install drivers one at a time and see what causes problems
  7. Ok all Windows Updates installed, and still working!
  8. Ok are to back to the same problem. It came back after I installed my drivers for either bluetooth or my HD audio. I did a restore and will install them one at time to see which is the cause of the problem. Once I know that, hopefully someone knows how to work around out it. Thanks
  9. Well that was the problem. I installed all the Rockwell software BEFORE service pack 2. Then installed service pack 2 and the rest of the windows updates and everything works. I am glad!!! Thanks to everyone for all their help and suggestions!!!!
  10. 2.43 works, installing rest of AB software, will report back when I have everything up and running with service pack 2!!!!
  11. Ok, I reformatted my HD. Tried to install both 2.42and 2.43 after I installed service pack 2. Same problem. Restored my computer before Service pack 2 and installed 2..42, and it works! I am going to try installing 2.43 then service pack 2 and see if that makes a difference. I will keep you posted.....
  12. as i said before, it works as an ap, so I am able to work. i am just curious why it won't work as a service....
  13. Apparently my serial # is not in their database..... could some one download the file and email it me?
  14. No i don't have a support contract, I got a great deal on the software, but that was with out support.
  15. No I haven't, where is that located? And yes, everything works fine when Linx is ran as an ap, you just have to keep it open. Still can't figure out why it won't run as a service....
