Hi all, I have to make a program change in one Lauer HMI PCS095.m, a model with MPI interface, and I have only the PCSPro 6.2 software. Does any one have other latest versions like "PCSPro Plus" and "PCSPro Win"? Thank in advance.

You'r right. Let's do it just in english. My answer was: As far as I can remember, S5 retentive flags are in the first addresses. May be half of avaylable addresses. In this family I believe all DBs are retentive.

If you want to keep your PLC programs you should consider VIPA solutions. You may be able to replace old S5 to new VIPA System 200V that couls use the same Step 5 programs. If you want an alternative with a Siemens compatible, then VIPA has other solutions cheaper then Siemens and with some much bether carateristics. VIPA CPUs are programmed with Step 7 from Siemens and you can convert your S5 programs to a Vipa CPU like you do to a Siemens S7-300
