I can find the device in TIA, but it appears as a cp4bootce but I'm unable to do anything with it, except change its IP address. I've also tried copying the firmware to a boot USB drive but that doesn't appear to do anything.

Does anyone know how to recover a 700P display? on boot, a white screen is displayed, which states... Enabling update mode Loading image from flash The operating system of the HMI device is damaged or missing. Please update the operating system with reset to factory settings.... Loading image..... Then it stops. can anyone assist?
