Replied privately to Otto but no response or read notification, yet. If anyone else has similar question this was my response: I'm not sure how far they let you roll forward without upgrading. The license I bought was for the full version 31 of RS Studio, and i had version 32 (and all versions below it that I used; lowest was 17 I think). I paid $8500 CDN (about $6400 US) and would like half that ($4250CDN / $3200USD). I can either transfer the license or ship you an older laptop with the software loaded.  I'm open to reasonable offers.
