I am new to this forum and hope that one of you PLC fundi's can guide me? What is missing to make these components chat to each other and to me on a laptop via the LAN?

My aim is to monitor a home based hybrid electrical system and start a generator and activate an auto transfer contactor from grid supply to backup power.
