Hi.. I am under develop machine monitoring display using soft-na platform with NX102-9020 plc as main plc tagging to 25 machine using plc CJ2M-CPU33.. I have issue the the soft-NA windows will lost when I came back next morning... the instance is actually running because when I click again to run the apps error message said the instance still running.. I always need to force stop the soft-NA service at task manager and restart the service again before then can run again the apps ... After couple days addition the NX102-9020 program and also the soft-NA the problem seem to be more worse even cannot just restart service or restart windows OS. I have to uninstall soft-Na and again install it. My question is what actually make the soft-NA is running without appear it window...? Some one please help.
