I have uploaded, and converted programs to edit mode in Factorytalk Studio ME Version 11.0 with a new laptop. Everything is working properly except for the system folders. Example: (Global communications, alarm messages, and Factorytalk Linx Communications Tabs). The System folder tabs when opened are oversized and I am unable to do any edits or setup up a communication path shortcut. I have looked at the screen settings on the laptop as well as making changes in the Factorytalk software to correct the problem without success. I was wondering if anybody has encountered this problem before, and If possible can you walk me through the steps to restore the system folders to normal settings. Thank you, lmccor.
