Hello, I am currently working on a project involving a PID control for Burners on a oven system which is been controlled by a thermocouple connected to a TC002,at the moment the valves can move between open and close but with the customer requirements, the actuating valve from the output card DA041 does not modulating between 4-20ma even after the manipulated value is reaching the set value and not until the PV is equal to SV then the Valve shuts off. I have 4 valves connected to the output card which is been set up on four zones with 4 thermocouple. Below is my program.Any ideas will be much appreciated. Thank you
