As a result of several PM's and posts I offer the following:

In his ever ongoing effort to protect the valued users of MrPLC.com from spammers and ill-mannered users Chakorules has introduced the warn bar feature.

Each and every user can see now see an indicator by their Name in posts they have made indicating a warn percentage. For the vast majority of users this will be and remain 0%.

For those caught in inappropriate activity the moderation staff will issue a warning by PM and/or email to that user and their warn state will be raised.

If that user then shows a change of attitude and behaviour their warn percentage will be reduced.
