Hey gang - I have a Panelview 1400e works just great except that the Acknlowledge All and Silence All buttons on the alarm page are "greyed out". We can acknowledge a single alarm but not all of them at once. Searched what manuals I could find and still now mention of this issue. ANyone?

Project was single line. I just changed it to multi-line and still the ack all and silence all are greyed on the alarm history page.

On a related note have you ever seen a firmware 5.00 version PV 1400E operate just fine at 230K when talking to a PLC 5 but not upload to a PC with a PCMK card at that speed. I had to switch to 56K to successfully back up and then change the program tonight. {Adding some alarms} And once the Upload for backup and Download for Change was done I went back to 230 in the PV1400E and all is well.

I haven't had lab time to play and find the correct serial cable. Most of my 1400E are RIO and I use Pass-Thru to reach them from PLC 5/NNE.
