Panelview Plus 700 Colour with Ethernet Comms.
Third unit to crash with the following message:
Runtime.mer has performed an illegal operation and will be closed.
Cycle power, same problem. Unit has to be replaced or .mer reloaded.
AB (UK) cannot help.
Any assistance gratfully received.

When the PV+ terminal boots, read carefully the Base Boot Code (BBC) and Extended Boot Code (EBC) values and post them. Also get the firmware revision from the Terminal Properties.
Either there's something very wrong with your installation (noise bad enough to corrupt the RAM) or there's something about your application that will crash any PV+ terminal.
